Switch existing Apple Perks to new Apple ID

Ryan_ms

I've recently lost access to my email address which my apple ID ran through (Account 1), so I have decided to set up a new Apple ID (Account 2).

With my phone contract I received 3 x Smart Benefits:- Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple ARCADE which I activated through Account 1, I wanted to know if can cancel the subscriptions and reassign them to account 2 the new apple ID?

So far I have tried to activate the perks on Account 2 by cancelling the subscriptions in Account 1 and reopening them using the links sent by EE, however it says I have already activated them.

Is there anything else I can do to activate the perks against my new apple id?

2 weeks later after opening a case, I still have no solution. It seems I’m with the rest of the crowd that are without their perks as EE and Apple can’t collaborate properly.

I spoke to Apple who told me it was an EE issue and I spoke to EE who have told me it’s an Apple issue. It seems it’s just my issue at the moment, I’ve not received any case updates or messages to let me know this is being looked into.

Hi @Ryan_ms,

Did you ask Apple for help with retrieving your original Apple ID?
