I ordered a pay monthly google pixel 5 128GB just black, picked super fast delivery with a time slot of between 18:00-20:00 today. I received a confirmation email from EE immediately after placing my order and have heard nothing since from either EE or Enjoy. I have tried using the online tracker and I just get an error message every time. I decided to wait until 21:00 to allow for delay and it would still give me time to call customer services which the EE website told me closes at 22:00 Mon-Fri (it's Tuesday). At 21:05 I called customer services only to be told by the robot on the other end that customer services lines are closed from 21:00 Mon-Fri, I have since gone back and the website still says 10pm. Very unhappy especially as I paid extra to upgrade early.
