So I placed an order Friday, got a successful order email with an xko code and the money for the upfront cost was taken out of my account. Had no communication since can someone tell me if it was successful or not .. 🤷🏻♂️ Was a galaxy s21 ultra black which said online it was in stock..

Yep, I've checked stock levels and they're in stock and expected to be dispatched within one working day, @Rjn69.
If you haven't heard anything by tomorrow lunchtime it may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team.
With regards to the Galaxy Buds, you have to claim them through the Samsung claim portal. 🙂
