Hi I upgraded my phone contract on Friday to the samsung galaxy s21 ultra, I received an email saying they have my order but haven't received anything else and when I track my order they can't tell me anything

I've checked and that model is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one working day.
If you haven't heard anything from our courier company by lunchtime tomorrow, it may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team.
