I submitted an order earlier today. I was wondering if it was possible for me to get student discount on my contract

Hi @Nicoleshoebridg 

 

You need to arrange your student voucher code and submit this via the order process. It cannot be implemented once you have a live contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Welcome to the community.

 

The student discount would need to be entered at checkout on an eligible plan 🙂

 

You can apply for 500MB of extra data, to get your data safety net just text STUDENT to 150 and follow the instructions we send you.
