Still waiting for my s20 ultra order

My order for my new samsung s20 ultra has not updated in 2 weeks.  I cant speak to anyone from EE due to call centres being closed or only taking emergency calls.  Anyone have any ideas how long it will take?

I have the same issue, ordered mine on the 10th to be delivered at store, still heard nothing

Really annoying that they kept us in the dark.   Desperate to give me the offer, then once I agreed to it they leave me with no updates.   I can understand if there is a backlog. But would be nice to be notified with updates.

Really sorry to hear this. I know it's frustrating when you're excited about a new device. All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

 

Once your phone is ready for delivery, you will be notified and provided further tracking information from DPD. 

 

Finger's crossed it's not much longer.

We will fulfil orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. As soon as your device has be allocated to you the online tracker will be updated.

Same issue here. Both the Grey and Black 128gb is showing 'in stock' with one day dispatch on EE site. 

 

However my order is still pending, it reckon EE are prioritising early order customers as I only ordered on the 23rd of March.
