I placed an order for an iPhone on an additional line to my account on the 15th of March and so far I have only had a confirmation email? Can anyone tell me how long it will take to arrive as I’m without a phone and really need it for work! Thanks!

Hi. I did a post on this a minute ago. Mine was the same. If you have insurance on it and you ordered online apparently they can't process it and need to call you but no one had called me so it hadn't been processed. Called them on 150 and spoke to the upgrade team. Done in 5 mins and will be here tomorrow. It may not be same for you but call them. I wasnt even holding for 20 seconds before speaking to someone
