I ordered a pay as you go phone on the 27th november, it said 3-4 days. I have had no update email, still no delivery and not able to get in contact by the number provided.. i have been trying for 3 hours and keep getting cut off.

Hi, yes it was in stock, and it was a nokia+1 in black. It said 3-4 days

Hi, i am still getting no response from any numbers! Tried for 4 hours yesterday.. went to an EE shop today and they couldnt help.. tried the phone numbers you have provided again today and it is the same waiting time and being cut off!
I am thinking about cancelling my order at this point. It is rediculous!

We’re doing everything we can to help our customers and look after the wellbeing of our people during the Coronavirus outbreak. Our contact centres in the UK and Ireland are open to help keep you connected, but we have fewer people available to take your calls.

Can you explain how this is helpful information? After i continue to be cut off from these ,so called contact centres with hours of trying. It is a very simple thing of where is my package that i have already paid for? An update email would be nice at least!

I did that for hours yesterday, i have tried that number again today, i have even been into my nearest EE store who told me they couldnt help and advised me to contact 150 which i have done and got the same lack of response.. starting to become time consuming and frustrating to be honest.
