Start date of data allowance

I bought an EE4G broadband package on 27th June 2020 but my monthly allowance finishes on the 28th June and i am into the second month allowance. I think therefore I have been charged a month for little more than a days usage. Also, i cannot gift data because i have under 500 mb but infact i have 192 gb.

You are charged for a month in advance. This will cover you up to 28 July.

Is the other number you want to gift data on the same pay monthly account?
