Sims are the wrong way round

I have had 2 new sims from ee moving from sky I put the new sims in but they have now swapped over numbers. My personal phone has become my work and vice versa

Why can't you just swap the SIMs between the phones?

Have you been able to swap the SIMs as recommended from @XRaySpeX?
