Sim swap

I have tried for the last 2 hour to do a sim swap and not getting anywhere I have followed the instructions, I get the text with the code and I add me serial number and I just keep getting there is something wrong contact 150 and I’m unable to the office being closed and I can’t call off my phone, need help please
