Sim swap

My sim was swapped yesterday and I still don’t have any service

Try switching the phone on and off sometimes speeds the process up. 

 

Other than that, if you still don't have any service after 24 hours (from the time you done the swap) then I would give customer service a call. 

 

You can reach customer service from a none EE phone (landline or another mobile) on 0800 079 8586
