Sim swap pay as you go

Hi

 

how do I go about a sim swap. I have an old t mobile sim and have been bought an iPhone which needs a nano sim. It has come with a SIM card. But no Information on how to swap my pay as you go number from my other sim to this new sim?

Ordinarily you can order a replacement SIM using the link on this help page, but this may be complicated by your being on a T-Mobile plan.

 

If you text BALANCE to 150 (it's free) what does the reply say?
