Sim swap not working

New phone via upgrade came yesterday along with new sim.

 

Have activated ‘sim swap’ at 7pm last night so now old one deactivated and new one still not working?!

 

Have changed network setting too to EE.

 

Anything else I can do to sort? Thanks
