So I’m a little confused or this could be very simple. I’ve asked for a sim only plan now. Got my new sim but it comes with a new number. Do I have use the new number. I’ve been with EE for 10 years.

@Mollydolly92 Did you upgrade or take out a new contract? If you upgraded just use your old sim. You don’t need a new sim but EE sometimes sends you one.

Did you upgrade or select a new SIM Only contract?
If you log into your My EE account, and select Menu do you have two numbers showing?

it looks like they have had added an extra line to my account. So instead of an upgraded I got an extra line.
