Sim only plan Order no xxxxxxxxxxxxx

No info on my order.  Can’t track so I don’t know if I am ever going to receive my sim.  If not I can go elsewhere.

@Rain1  SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class so there is no tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How does anyone know if an order is being accepted or processed .  I am worried that I haven’t received anything and it’s been 6 days!

you can check the status of your order here.

 

If the order checker doesn't show any information call freephone 0800 956 6000 option 2 option 1 and a sales advisor will be able to check the status of your order for you.
