I've recently had a new sim card as mine hasn't been back from the insurance when I had my screen replaced. I can't ring or receive text or anything

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you are unable to receive the PIN to your old SIM card to register the SIM online, you will need to get in touch with our Mobile Care team and they will get this registered for you.
