Please confirm that if I "upgrade" to Sim only I DO NOT have to change the Sim - it is only a financial transaction. Impossible to find this information on site. In fact it's difficult to find any information on the EE site. Why not a simple email address to write to???

Yes, it's only an accounting & configuration transaction
That would be too easy & would provide the user with an audit trail 😉 !
