Sim card deal

I bought my son a sim card deal but he has never used it would they cancel this as I’m just wasting money each month

@Shanks   To cancel the contract you’ll need to pay off the remaining term.  You’ll receive a 20% discount on that remaining term cost. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
