I ve recieved a new sim card. Took the old one out and put the new one in. I had no mobile data left when the old one was in although I was told the mobile data had been reset. Followed instructions but I couldn t recieve the 5 digit code as text & calls are imperative (registering no doubt) which I was trying to do. Do I have to put the old sim back in 1st to do this then switch sims old for new once I get the 5 digit code?

You can try putting the old SIM back in to get the code, or you can contact our Customer Care team and they will help you register this.
