Hi I recently ordered a new phone and sim card I put my new sim card in phone to activate it it but it still hasn't activated is there a reason why

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you upgraded your phone with us, have you registered your new SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?
Is your old SIM card still working?
If this will fit in your new phone, you can use this SIM card 🙂
