Hello there,
I have an old Orange sim card with my account and on about 13th of june it has stopped working. I get no signal and cannot receive/make a call or receive/send messages at all. Is there anyway i can get a new sim as i need the PAC code to come through.

You should have been moved to EE 3G by now. Is the device it's in locked to Orange?
Where's the PAC coming from? PACs are not used within the same network.

Is this a PAYG or contract SIM?
Where's a PAC come into it?

It is PAYG sim. Forget about PAC as i thought it might be needed. I was able to use the phone up to around 13th of June.
