Sim Card hasn’t arrived

I have ordered a SIM card and it has been nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t received my SIM card, I have received in the post my bill and direct debit however I am yet to even receive the Sim. I have not managed to get through on any mode of contact as my number is not being recognised and the online chat is not working. Absolutely ridiculous to not be able to get in touch with the provider when in need? If someone can please be in touch to send the SIM card out or I will most obviously have to cancel I won’t be paying for a sim I have not received

What was the reason for having a new SIM? Was this a replacement for an existing one?

Hello,

 

I have been charged for my first month at EE for my Sim only plan when i have yet to receive my sim, i ordered a sim a month ago and when it didn’t arrive i called EE and she resent a new one, this is also yet to arrive weeks later and i as i am using a PAC code i am still being charged by three monthly and now charged from EE as well and thus i have two charges for sims? I visited the store today and the colleague told me to contact EE for my refund for the charge that was taken and for it to be held until i visit the store for a sim instead of waiting for delivery since there has evidently been an issue
