I have ordered Sim card (Monthly Sim only plan) on 30th June and I received email on 01st july that my Sim card is on the way via Roayl Mail delivery but it's been more than a week I haven't got my SIM yet. I got 2 letters from EE confirming Direct Debit setup and my account details but not the SIM card so my address is not wrong. My guess is actually they haven't posted the SIM card at all . I called helpdesk they said they will resend the sim again and that's also not arrived yet. I'm really going mad and don't know what do. shall i cancel my plan as i don't have energy to call help desk again and again.

When was the replacement SIM card ordered? Please allow 2-5 working days for it to arrive.

Im having the same issue regarding sim card not arriving they have ‘sent’ out 3 apparently. 1st or 2nd June ordered they took the DD money ok & the Paper bill turned up fine but not the sim cards. Need this solved today, have no photo id as Im waiting for new passport & so they didnt help in store. I will just cancel if dont get help today... surely there’s something they can do so can go in store this is ridiculous now. Thanks
