Hi,
I received my Samsung S20 Ultra this morning as an upgrade, I have tried inserting my sim card into it several times and only get the message "Sim 1 not allowed" and emergency calls only.

Now sorted, EE had sent me a brand new phone and blacklisted it by mistake.

Whose SIM? EE devices are locked to EE & can't be unlocked for 1st 6 months.

It's an EE sim and an EE phone.

I have the same issue all of a sudden sim stop working in slot 1 but works in slot 2 i read the simcard can get the imei blocked on the card slot. Hopefully EE can sort this out as it cause massive issues for me

forgot to ask when did you buy the phone and did you have insurance too
