Setting up apple watch if bought from 3rd party

Hi

I'm thinking of buying an apple series 7 watch cellular version. I want to use it with my existing ee account and pair it with my iPhone. Does this work? Is there an additional cost? I read online that it is feasible in theory, but frustrating/impossible in practice .... anybody got experience of this?

Cheers

@steveMc1957  yes you can do this and yes there is an extra cost.  It’s £7 per month and you’ll get 10Gb of data just for the watch.  Your call and text allowance from your iPhone contract can be used on the watch.
