I currently have the Apple Watch Series 5, paying for the Cellular Watch which I purchased from Apple themselves. I am on an EE monthly contract with my iPhone.
every time I Log Into EE to set up 4G/Cellular on my watch I get this message:
”Our system checks show that you aren't currently eligible to buy an additional line for this device”
does anyone know why? It’s really annoying considering I paid extra just for the option to have cellular.
I don’t like calling so I hope that I can find an answer here.
Thanks
Charlotte.

@Cmelodya why are you logging in to my EE to setup the data plan for the watch ? This is all done from within the watch app on your iPhone. Please have a look at THIS That message your seeing is to have an additional phone on your account.

From the link @Chris_B posted......
”If your Apple Watch was bought somewhere other than EE, such as Apple, John Lewis, Argos or somewhere else, you will need your My EE log in details to buy the plan and pair the Watch with your iPhone on EE”
At a guess that’s probably why @Cmelodya is trying to log in to myEE. Because that is the process to follow when a watch is purchased from a 3rd party. I believe the error message that is coming up comes up when someone’s EE account isn’t eligible for another line which signing up to a watch plan would create
Unfortunately I think you may have to call customer services to see if they can assist you getting set up Charlotte
