I've had a simple PAYG tariff for years and today began a Talk pack at £1 per week. I know I can credit my EE account manually from time to time but is there a way to set up a regular payment-in from my bank or credit card? I found an EE web page which says:
"Set up card payments
You can pay with a Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
Setting up card payments is easy:
1 log in to My EE
2 select Set Up Card Payments if you already have a pack or plan or choose a pack or plan and then Set Up Card Payments
3 choose an already registered card or register a new card
4 make your first payment and start using your device
Payments are managed by Vesta, our payment partner, and on your bank or credit card statement it'll appear as Vesta EE Top Up along with a free 0808 free helpline number."
The trouble is, I can't find any option to "Set Up Card Payments".
Can anyone help? Thanks

Within the "myEE" app (Android 4.56)
Side Menu
-Home - then locate the label/area "£ TOPUP" (bottom left). Navigate into that section. There should be a large button with description for a "Setup up a recurring top-up."
When you follow through the button, it seems to take you to an EE Single sign on webpage, that lets you set your reoccurring top conditions, value and frequency, hope that helps!

I've had PAYG on my EE mobile for years and just today I started a data pack for £1 a week. I know I can add credit to my account manually from time to time but I want to set up a payment each month (say £5 per month) from my bank or credit card account. How do I do that?
I found an EE web page that says:

It's on the home/landing page of your MyEE. Post an image of it.

Hmmm. Thanks but are you asking me to post an image of my EE Home page?
Surely it's the same as everyone else's (apart from data usage etc.)
Why not just tell me where the option is on the page?

I am! If it were the same for everybody it would be staring you in the face. It's in the middle under "Your Pack".

Curious.
I've looked at both the 'My EE' and 'My EE Mobile' home pages and there is no "Your Pack" in the middle.
On the My EE Mobile page there are three columns at the top: Current Credit, Current Pack and Free Boosts. There are only two options to click on in Current Pack - one shows what the pack comprises and the other allows me to change packs. There is no option to setup a payment.
Below are three columns headed Your Allowances, Data, Minutes and Texts.
Other thoughts?

Thank you. That was it exactly. I didn't even have the EE app on my phone. I seem to remember there was some problem with it in the past, so it got removed. Anyway, I installed the app and found your instructions worked perfectly. Thanks gain.
