Been having serious problems with our broadband for the past couple of days. Yesterday it was out all morning and patchy since then. All the checker says is:

 
Service problem in XXXXX

We are aware of a problem with this site.

 

How can i get any further information (beyond a text) as we are wfh and wifi is vital.

Where's your router stats gone? They were here before but now seem to be replaced with 2 posts with the BTw estimates.
