Saved networks

Why when I go into wifi with the WiFi button on and press the three dots at the top then advanced does and manage networks does it say saved networks Vodafone which is my friend's network provider which I've said all along she swapped my phone and u refuse to send me a new phone and I have no security on my wifi on this phone

If you've backed up your Samsung account the it remembers any networks you connected to in the past under your saved profile. Wifi -Advanced -Manage Networks as you have pointed out. 

 

This allows you to connect automatically. If you don't want to connect then click on it and forget.

Why should EE send you a new phone of your friend took yours?

 

Maybe he or she isn't a friend for stealing your phone?

I don't get what you're asking for here?

 

EE won't give you a brand new phone because a supposedly friend of your took it.

 

Unless you have insurance I think you need your friend to give it back to you.

 

But the phone you have won't have any WiFi security issues.

Thanks northerner for getting me too get rid of my friend's wifi Vodafone which I never saved.she swapped phones do I need to factory reset phone now I have my right sim card will that sort it once and for all
