Hi, I just upgraded my contract and received a new Samsung s20. The problem is that even tho I have activated the new sim I received with the phone ,I am still receiving a sim 1 not allowed error ,and have an "emergency calls only" , message showing . Any ideas?

Tried ringing ee and they said contact the seller (amazon). They couldn't even confirm if its locked or not.
