Samsung note 20 ultra 5g order

I paid an early upgrade fee to get this product and accepted it would take 14 days to arrive as there's currently no stock I said that's fine. How ever we are on the 14th day and they can not give me a date on when this will arrive. When will I recieve this and will I get the early upgrade fee refunded as it has gone over the 14 days as agreed

I would recommend you to talk to one of their colleague, you're most likely to get a refund. You not going to get anything if you don't ask right.

I have asked for a refund on the upgrade but all they said is to wait another week!

It was agreed with in 14 days and now they said wait another week

I've ordered the same phone and been told its on back order for a max of 14 days.

But have received no communication to update me on it yet.

 

Curious if they got yours delivered or if you were still waiting. 

Ive been waiting for the note 20 ultra black 256GB since 22 June last month. They said the same to me 14 days but could arrive sooner. Still no phone and nearly been 1 month without a phone. I can't understand how this can take so long! Frustrating.
