Hi I ordered my phone in January and now my charger is playing up but Samsung are saying I need proof purchase date which my email doesn't have .

@Peatfieldjohn if you’ve still got it your confirmation of order as your proof of purchase date on it. If you don’t have this you’ll need to call customer services to request it.
