Hi,
I got my samsung tab a 10.1 about 2 months ago and I have gone to turn it on and it wont do anything, I have tried charging it but I get no response.
Can any one help me please, I do not have insurance on this tablet.

Hi @Jon111.
Welcome to the community.
Could you plug the charger into the tablet and then wait about 10 minutes, then press and hold both the power button and volume down button for around 15 seconds?

I'd recommend visiting the Samsung Community to see if they have any further suggestions or tricks to get this powered on.
We are very limited to what options we can try when the tablet has no power.

Ok thank you for your help Jon, one last question am I not still under warranty with EE as the tablet is only a few months old ?

Hi @Jon111.
You get a 14-day cooing off period with EE, and after that, the tablet will be under a manufacturer warranty.
Samsung's warranty is 24 months.
