Further to my thread on the 16/02/21 regarding the  S21 Ultra Update. Samsung have just released another update.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I'm glad you're at least getting updates, my contract EE S20 Ultra 5G is already out of date and still hasn't received one Feb patch. I'm still on 1st Jan and it's nearly March.

 

S21 Ultra users beware, this will be you next year!

 

My backup phone, an unlocked S9+ from 2018, got the Feb patch weeks ago.
