Samsung Galaxy watch spotify

I've just taken delivery of my 4G Samsung Galaxy watch and I thought it came with Spotify? It doesn't appear to have it and I wondered how I can add it?

@Jackson1973   I don’t think the offer is available from watches through EE.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
