Phone charge went to zero last night. Plugged in to Samsung charger overnight but still dead this morning. No luck with flat charging device either (this works with other phone so definitely functional). Have tried pressing volume and power buttons simultaneously. Feel surge vibration but phone still not functional. Any and all tips appreciated since stores not open until Tuesday.

Hello @cwelland.
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have recently dropped or exposed your device to water?
Katie 🙂

Thanks for confirming @cwelland.
Have you tried the charger with another device or in another socket?
Katie.

I didn't try charger in another socket but did check my hair dryer worked in same socket. Unfortunately charger can't be connected to my old Galaxy Note — design change.

Thank you so much for that number!! I could only find advice to call 150, which of course doesn't work in this situation.
Very grateful for your time on Boxing Day.
