Samsung A21s camera not focusing

Phone is about 15 weeks old, but for the last 6 weeks or so, the camera does not focus properly, on increasingly more settings. Tried all sorts of environments, inside outside, different lighting etc.

Resetting the camera makes it work once, but as soon as the camera app is exited, the next time I open it again, it's out of focus.

Feel like this is clearly a fault but can't seem to talk to anyone from EE. Can't go to a shop either.

Help!

@Donkey391   You can go to a shop but the shop will only send the devices off to be looked at.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As I said in my original post, I can't go to a shop. I'm in a tier 4 area, they're all shut.

It could be useful to establish whether this is a hardware or software fault, but the only way to do that is to do a full backup of all your data, and perform a factory reset.

 

If the same problem recurs at that point, it's likely to be a hardware fault. And you'd have to backup your data before going down any repair or warranty route, anyway.
