I have a new handset which requires a different size SIM. What process do I need to follow to get a new SIM in new handset and what is maximum cost and gap in service for this? Thanks

@Joeyo : Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will be posted to you. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you follow @XRaySpeX advice and order the replacement SIM card by selecting the reason as a new device, you should not be without service.
Once the replacement arrives by post, you will need to register this at https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim.
