Pixel 4a upgrade with Free TV

Hi All

 

Took  the Pixel 4a out with the free TV on November 24th, was previously told the delivery text was 15-30 days.

 

And if nothing by 29/12/2020 to message back.

 

Do I just wait for the delivery text or do I need to claim the gift via a link.

 

EE suport via twitter said just a delivery text but this has not arrived.
