Hi - I've received a replacement SIM for an upgraded phone and have followed instructions to the point of inputting the number of my old phone (still containing old, active SIM) into the online platform - according to EE, I should receive a PIN number within ten minutes. An hour and several attempts later, still no text. The phone is working - I've just tested it from a different number. Any clues / solutions as to what's going wrong?
