I placed an order to transfer my phone to EE on 2nd November. Yesterday my mobile phone number has been transferred and I can no longer use it on the old network. Today I received my first bill. However I have not received a SIM and I have no way to contact EE to find out what is happening.
There is no option on the phone to help me (landline) and the chat does not seem to offer this as an option.
Do I need to request another SIM? Is it lost? Who knows.

SIM orders should arrive in 2-5 working days.
