Hi, I ordered a new SIM only contract last Thursday (06/02) and received an email stating my order was on its way along with the XKO order number.
I have not received anything further from either EE or DPD who I assume will be delivering the new SIM. It has been four working days now and was curious if this was the usual waiting period for something ordered to be delivered. The initial email stating my order was on the way seems to have been a bit premature. Can anyone confirm if this is normal? Thanks.

EE still use second class for SIMs. No idea why they can't upgrade to first class!

If you're passing an EE store you could probably pop in and ask for a replacement SIM and get one immediately, if you have photo ID on you? (If you know your new number)
