Hi my old got lost so ordered a replacement with EE I’ve received and placed in my phone but I’m getting no signal ?


Any help appreciated

ive just spoken the online chat my card needed activating all resolved now 😊

@Msoanes  How long as the sim been in your device for ?  Have you tried restarting the device?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
