Hi,
I am a new customre and
subscribed to a sim only monthly plan last week.
I reveived a confirmation email on Monday 20th July saying my sim card was on the way, but I still havent received it.
In the meantime i received confirmation letter of Direct Debit and the first invoice, so my address is correct.
Can I get an updated on when I'll receive my card? Or please send a new one. I know these are send by RoyalMail.

Welcome to the community.
The SIM card should have been delivered within 2-4 working days.
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check the order.
