SIM card issue

At 13:00 this afternoon my sim and phone was working as normal, and now without touching my phone until 10 minutes ago, it says no sim card available 'emergency calls' only......

 

Im up to date on bills etc but now I cant use my phone......I've tried everything

 

Because of this, I have lost a job offer as I was getting information for it but cannot call or text no one

 

What is the problem????

Let's assume for a moment that this is a local network fault or outage. Have you checked the status checker ?

 

If there was a problem with your SIM, I'd expect to see "SIM registration failed" or somesuch.
