Can anyone help when someone rings me I can hardly hear them I have to put it on loud speaker to work haven’t had this phone long but when I talk they can hear me but I can’t hear them and the volume is up

@Charlie110 Is the device in a case ? if it is take it out the case and test it. Did you remove all the cellophane of the device?
