I'm trying to order a replacement SIM card, ticking "physical SIM" on the webpage as my phone is not eSIM compatible, and it defaults to ordering me an eSIM every single time without fail and I physically cannot order a physical SIM on the website. I need a new SIM card urgently and this is frustrating me beyond belief, and I do not have access to a phone that I can make calls from either so cannot call to order one.

@lcw_castr0 If you don’t have a working phone then you can not order online as a text has to be sent to the working sim for you to acknowledge that is you who is ordering a replacement Sim. You have to call if your sim isn’t working.
