I have an iphone 11 that I got on contract with EE. After my contract I upgraded to an iphone 12. I have now tried to put a giffgaff sim into it and it tells me that the SIM isn't supported under the activation policy. I have tried to phone EE but I can't speak to anyone. Any thoughts on how I can resolve? Thanks!

This isn't helping but wonder if you got it resolved - I am in exactly the same position, faceid stopped working and apple replaced. Thank you!

@alimparry On the iPhone 11 can you go to Settings>General>About and scroll down to Network Provider Lock. What does it say next to it
