I have had a request from EE to unlock my account as they are  unable to take a payment. I am wondering if it is genuine or a scam.

Yet again this Mobile app is being updated this is a joke it’s every other night this should be done in early hours of morning so please get your act together and sack whoever is authorising this what a let down

My recent bill hasn't been paid like usual with direct debit

Hey I received an email saying my bill is due to be paid. It normally comes out on 14th every month and for some reason hasnt been paid with my direct debit ???
